Love is in the air this week, as singer Kenny Lattimore and judge/TV host Faith Jenkins have officially tied the knot. The newlyweds exchanged vows at First Congressional Church of Los Angeles, and their “just married” photos look like they leaped straight from the pages of a fairy tale.
Judge Faith was a vision in white, wearing a lacey strapless A-line wedding gown. A long sheer veil with lace trim trailed behind her as she made her way down the aisle. Keeping with the storybook theme, Lattimore wore a double-breasted tuxedo with gold buttons—a look fit for a king.
“Yesterday was an absolute dream!” the newly minted Mrs. Lattimore shared on Instagram. “Stevie Wonder sang one of my favorite songs as I walked down the aisle to marry my true love—a man who continues to amaze me with his love, honor and leadership every day of our journey.”

I love you. Let’s do life to the fullest!!”
Lattimore and Jenkins first went public with their relationship back in September 2019. According to Us Weekly, the couple first met on a blind lunch date. The couple shared the news of their engagement on Instagram and gave a heartfelt dedication to the love they have found in each other. “Faith, I am forever grateful to God for His faithfulness in sending me you,” Lattimore wrote in dedication to his newfound love. “To say you are the total package is a vast understatement. You are powerful and passionate about life and yet your presence brings me so much peace.”
The couple has also been transparent about going to pre-engagement counseling, which they say has been vital in building a strong foundation for their marriage. Back in November 2019, Judge Faith publicly thanked their mutual friend and wedding officiant DeVon Franklin for being one of their trusted advisers.

We recently enjoyed a great dinner – and amazing conversation 🔥- with our friend @devonfranklin. When I first met Kenny I told my friends his perspective on dating and marriage reminded me so much of the principles I’d heard Devon talk about. I didn’t know at the time that they’d been friends for years. For me, Kenny was exactly what I’d waited for in terms of the integrity, character, and values I’d expect my spouse to have. Even so, we still did pre-engagement counseling, in large part, due to hearing Devon talk about how important he & Megan’s pre-engagement counseling was for them. It was during our sessions that we had a chance to dig deeper into all the things that really mattered prior to making an emotional (and soon to be legal) commitment to marriage. We learned how much our core values were aligned and how our individual past circumstances had tested our resolve and revealed our capacity to forgive and strength to continue on in love. Love alone is not enough for a successful marriage. But its the beginning of a solid foundation – one we have laid through prayer, faith, work, wise counsel (the key being wise because not everyone be knowing 😬) from our pastors and amazing friendships that inspire our continued growth. ❤️

Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Kenny Lattimore!

9/21/19. On my birthday 🎉 🎂🎁 I want to share a part of a note I wrote to myself a year ago today. This month last year I stopped dating someone I cared about a lot. Although it hurt – I knew in my heart it wasnt right. I refused to hold on to something that was less than what I wanted … I’d worked too hard to become the kind of love I wanted to attract. So – in an act of faith – I took a sheet of paper and started writing about the year ahead. I wrote that I would be engaged to __________. I left the line blank because I had no idea who would fill that space. But God did. This is what I’d been taught about faith – to believe it before you can see it. Another day I’ll share the sweet story about how Kenny & I met. But last month — after he proposed, I pulled out this wrinkled sheet of paper from 9/21/18 and filled in that blank — with his name. Love Wins. Faith works. And If you saw what God was sending you – you’d know it was going to be worth every second of the wait 💕🙌🏽 Thank you for the birthday wishes! *the note & my year end memories in my story*
