Nearly seven days after the disappearance, missing Missouri lady Jacquelyn ‘Jacque’ Elizabeth Mitchell, 39, was found dead Monday night, Paseo 20. Suspect Joseph John Dejoie, 49 years old, who confessed to killing the lady was arrested and charged with several rapes on Tuesday.
