In a meeting with WALB correspondents, a fellow Jordan Idahosa described his involvement at the scene of the shooting. He added that he did not see the suspect.

“My partner had called me to see where I was and I turned like 10 seconds. From that moment on, all you heard was gunshots. I really had no idea what his identity was. I could not see anything”.

Authorities added that a later person was injured during the Jordan Idahosa shooting. Subsequently, the specialists recovered four weapons from the crime scene.
