The couple also celebrated their fifth celebration on August 12, and Matt shared some impressive photos of his fitness for the wedding.

“Happy 5th anniversary @johanna_altman couldn’t imagine giving life to another person. 5 years, 4 changes of house, 3 remarkable young people, 2 people sharing 1 heart. I love you x #anniversary,” Matt said.

Meanwhile, Johanna seemed to unclearly address her and the family’s legitimate hardships in her August 16 post, praising her “exquisite weekend of celebration.” “[Five] years and just getting more grounded.
