Education and early life

Jesse likes to keep information about his childhood and early life private, so there are not many things the public knows. When he finished middle school, he decided to attend the Berkley High School in his home town of Detroit, and matriculated in 1987, and applied for Oberlin University, majoring in politics. Just like in high school he was a brilliant student and finished the college with top grades, graduated in 1991, but that wasn’t the end of his education, as he was accepted into the University of Oxford, for a Masters Degree in Public Policy Analysis in 1993. He waited a few years to finish his doctorate thesis and was awarded his Ph.D in 1998.

After struggling for two years after graduation to find a job, he finally found one in the company called Covance Pharmaceuticals He worked in the company from 2000 to 2001 as chief of the department for principal health outcomes and economics. After his successful period in this company he move to the RAND corporation, into a similar position as in the last company, and worked there from 2001 to November 2003. After gaining more experience, he received offers from better companies that were paying more money, and his next job treasurer for the company called Hot Air LLC, and this was his longest lasting job as he worked for the company for four years. He then worked some other minor positions for a variety of companies, and finally decided to quit working and become a stay at home dad to take care of his children.
