James Hutchinson Wiki – James Hutchinson Biography

James Hutchinson is believed to have been assassinated in February this year. Police documents showed Britney Gosney confessed to taking her three children to a wildlife preserve half an hour from her home in Middletown, Ohio, in an attempt to abandon all three. He reportedly said that James held onto the car door as he drove away and was dragged or run over by the car. She then admitted to putting James’s body in the car with her siblings and leaving his remains there for about another day, before she and her boyfriend allegedly crossed the state line into Indiana and dumped his body in the water.

The child’s body has not been found. WKBN reports that Gosney pleaded guilty to one count of unclassified murder in the death of his son. He also pleaded guilty to two counts of endangering children. The mother of a 6-year-old boy who is presumed dead has pleaded guilty to his apparent murder.

At this time it is unknown if Gosney is expected to provide information in the search for his son’s body as part of any plea deal. A WBCO reporter said in a Twitter post that Gosney said he “gave up” and admitted to committing the crime.

Gosney now faces 15 years to life in prison, according to the report.

Investigators said she took her three children to a Preble County park on February 26. While trying to quickly get away from them, James grabbed the door handle, fell and fatally hit his head, police said. Gosney and Hamilton later admitted that they kept James’ body at his home for about a day before driving to the Ohio River near Lawrenceburg, Indiana and dumping it in the river, police said.

Hamilton, 43, faces multiple felonies, but those charges do not include murder. A jury trial in his case is scheduled for October 4. Gosney was not sentenced Monday. She will appear again before Butler County Common Cases Judge Noah Powers on September 13 for a sentencing hearing.

Middletown spokeswoman Shelby Quinlivan said Monday: “We are still actively searching for James.” Weather permitting, search teams will return to the river later this week, she said.
