What’s going on with Connor Verkerke? Whenever Connor Verkerte experienced Jamarion, the 9-year-old played in the jungle gym of Pinebrook Village Mobile Home Park with his younger brother and an additional 9-year-old.

According to court records, the four played together about 20 minutes before the attack. Lawhorn often injured the youngster with a kitchen knife.

Connor’s younger brother tried to get him home with the aim of seeking help, but the point was past that there was no turning back. Lawhorn surrendered to the police after the murder. He went to a neighbor and asked for a phone so he could call 911.
