Jacob Guerrero of Woonsocket, Rhode Island was arrested Monday night after a lengthy investigation. Police began investigating in August 2021 when Wrentham Police received a call from a customer at the outlets saying there was a man dressed as a woman acting suspiciously in the ladies’ room. The suspect, who was wearing a blonde wig, apparently entered the bathroom and entered a cubicle. Police say the youngest girls, ages 12 to 15, used the neighboring stalls.
The suspect was gone when the police arrived. Police believe the suspect had a pen camera attached to his sneaker. After looking at the surveillance video, the police were able to locate the suspect and his vehicle. They determined that he is an Amazon delivery driver. An arrest warrant was obtained and Guerrero was arrested on September 2 during a traffic stop in Wrentham where he was charged with photographing an unsuspecting naked person. He was released on bail that same day.

Police began investigating 23-year-old Jacob Guerrero of Woonsocket, Rhode Island, in August when a customer at Wrentham Village Premium Outlets in Massachusetts informed them that a man sneaked into the women’s bathroom. Guerrero reportedly disguised himself as a woman, wore a blonde wig and went to the bathroom, and then used a pen-type camera attached to a shoe to film girls between the ages of 12 and 15.

Guerrero was initially arrested by police in early September and charged with filming an unsuspecting naked person, but he was soon released on bail. However, a search warrant later obtained led police to discover 12 videos of unsuspecting women and girls stripping. Five of the victims were under 18 years old, and some were even between 8 and 11 years old. One of the videos was apparently filmed through the window of a boy’s bedroom as they undressed. The evidence was enough to charge Guerrero with 12 counts of possession of child pornography.
“After a lengthy investigation, 23-year-old Jacob M. Guerrero of 67 Summer Street, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, was arrested with a warrant last night in Wrentham as he was leaving the Amazon parking lot located in front of the Wrentham Outlets,” the Department said. Wrentham Police Department in a statement posted on Facebook. “Mr. Guerrero, an Amazon delivery driver, was transferred to the Wrentham Police Department, where he was booked and held without bond until his appearance this morning in Wrentham District Court.”

“We have been notified that, as part of an ongoing criminal investigation, a driver who delivered our packages was arrested and charged with serious crimes,” Amazon said in a statement to Boston 25 News. This person is no longer delivering packages for Amazon and we will continue to assist law enforcement in investigating him. ”
