During the examination, officials also targeted Packer, as he was a regular Caldwell customer. He gave six joints to police somewhere between 2005 and 2007, but he never showed up on the suspect’s radar.
In 2018, columnist Sam Poling spoke with him for a BBC Disclosure narrative on this topic. He denied killing and being cruel to anyone. However, he had a string of histories of aggressive behavior at home. His sentence has yet to be discovered.
