About I Came By Toby and Jay, two beloved companions, begin the film by breaking into a wealthy individual’s home and splash-painting the words “I Came By.” This expression, spawned by the strange 23-year-old, represents his resistance to the well-to-do.

Toby and Jay intended to break into more houses to drop off more spray paint, but Jay adjusted his perspective when his pregnant girlfriend, Naz, made the statement. Toby focuses on investigating Judge Hector Blake’s estate after Jay shows him photos of the area.

Toby goes to Blake’s house alone, as he is unable to locate a friend who has committed a crime. Here, he finds a secret entrance and a man who appears to have been taken hostage by Blake, who is wounded and tied up. Toby tries to enlist Jay’s help, however Jay keeps a strategic distance from him fearing repercussions.

Toby is killed by Blake’s flamethrower as he was trying to save the man. The result is an unfortunate chain response in which Toby’s mother, Lizzie, also dies after being brought into Blake’s secrecy. At the height of the film, Jay kills the man responsible for killing Toby and his mother in a show of retaliation.

Lizzie, Toby’s mother, starts looking for him when he goes missing. She reports it to the police, and Sergeant Ella Lloyd is relegated to exploring.

While it’s all going on, Jay sneaks into Blake’s condo and slips a letter into Toby’s room, where his mom will find it later. Then, at that point, he gives it to Sergeant Lloyd, who has the Blake household search for a cause. Lloyd finds the chamber where Toby had tracked the detainee, however it is empty and without any sign of blood.

Blake crosses paths with Lloyd, is captured for a fairness check, and is handed over unpunished. Lloyd has also told Lizzie to stay out of it.

Lizzie ignores the warning and continues to search for Blake, at least leaving her vehicle outside his house. After spotting a man trying to escape from Blake’s condo one night, she aids him in fleeing from him. She just so happens that the man is Omar, an Iranian refugee seeker who went to Blake’s house after being welcomed there.

After killing his Indian worker Ravi, Blake let Omar know that his enemy of foreign prospects stemmed from his father’s infidelity. It must be stressed that, up to this point, Blake has been portrayed as a person of high standing and a vociferous protector of settlers and refuge-seekers.

After hearing the news, Blake attempted murder again by damaging Omar’s drink. Omar, however, walks away from him despite his drunken state and figures out how to get away from him. Blake watches as Omar runs off and sees Lizzie helping him.

Nonetheless, Omar was reluctant to report on the episode due to a paranoid fear of jeopardizing his extremely long-standing UK citizenship application. Blake, knowing of Omar’s problem, makes a compromise motion by proposing that he could withdraw his request. After tricking Lizzie into thinking she’s not home, he kills Omar and kidnaps her.

After seven days, Jay goes to visit Lizzie in jail, but is unsuccessful; simultaneously, one scene shows Lizzie’s clothes and ID card singed in an oven, suggesting that Blake killed and burned her as well.
