Lori stood up to him and started an argument.

Later on that day they made up, and started dating soon after. Guy says he won her over with his cooking. Lori and Guy married in 1995, and had their first child, a son named Hunter, on the 13^th of August 1996. “I want to follow in the same path, because I feel like I can kill it with that,” Hunter told Delish in 2017. “I want it all. Who is Guy Fieri?

Guy Ramsey Ferry was born on the 22^nd January 1968 in Columbus, Ohio, to his mother Penelope Ann (maiden name “Price”), and father Lewis James Ferry. He grew up in Humboldt County, California with his parents and his younger sister Morgan. During high school, he was an exchange student in France where he became interested in food and cooking. Upon his return, he worked at the Red Lion restaurant in Eureka, California, then went to college at the University of Nevada, and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management.
