Farida Dadi (also known as Farida Devi or Baby Farida) is an Indian film and television entertainer. She began her vocation as a youth craftswoman in the movies during the 1960s and was the best entertainer. She is recognized for Janwar (1965), Dil Liya Dard Liya (1966), Raat Aur Din (1967), Best Of Luck Nikki (2013), Jodha Akbar (2013), Khorshid (2016), Chupke (2017), and Haq Se. (2018).

Film Farida began her vocation with the film Sujata as Young Sujata in 1959. She was featured in the film Usne Kaha Tha as Young Farida in 1960. In 1961, she appeared in the film Kabuliwala as Amina A. Khan. Around the same time, Ella Farida took on the role of Young Sarita in the 1961 film Chhaya. She starred in the 1963 film Yeh Rastey Hain Pyar Ke as Rita A. Sahni. Her 1964 films feature Sangam as Young Radha, Dosti as Manjula, and Beti Bete as Young Lakshmi. The following year, she acted in the sentimental film Jab Phool Khile as Munni in 1965 and it was a box office success.
In 1966, Farida was seen as Jumni in the movie Phool Aur Patthar. She took on the role of Kuku in the spoof film Ram Aur Shyam in 1967. She was featured as Mrs. Tripati, Ritu’s grandmother, in the spoof film Dhol in 2007. She appeared in the spoof film 3 Idiots as Mrs. Qureshi , Farhan’s mother, in 2009. In 2016, she played Pooja’s grandmother in the heartwarming movie LoveShhuda. She took on the role of Baa in the Gujarati film Satti Par Satto in 2018.
TV Farida made her debut with the TV series Saara Akaash as General Durani’s mother, which aired on Star Plus in 2004. Around the same time, she appeared in the series Hey… Yehii to Haii Woh in 2004. She participated in the 2006 Ghar series. Ki Lakshmi Betiyaan reported on Zee TV. In 2008, she took on the role of Tai Doctor in the television series Balika Vadhu on Colors TV. From 2008 to 2014, she appeared in the third longest-running television series, Uttaran, as Anjum Jalalan, which ran on Colors TV.
