Following her divorce from the singer, Everly went on to date Mathew Nelson, but having spent one year in a relationship with him, she began dating Donovan Leitch and then Anthony Kiedis, both during 1992. In the following year, she dated David Arquette, but their relationship was short-lived. In 1997, however, Erin married John C. Portman, a former Vice-Chairman of Portman Holdings.
