Edy Ganem , real name Edurne Ganem, born September 20, 1983 in Modesto, California, is a Lebanese-Mexican actress.

Childhood

Edy has two brothers. She spent much of her childhood in Mexico, in Torreón, but also in Madrid, Spain, before returning to San Diego, United States. She enrolled in and graduated from the University of San Diego.

Career

It was in 2008 that she launched her career with small roles in series or short films. We can see her in CSI and Entourage . She also got some roles on the big screen like Sea, sex and fun , Las Angeles and À la folie .

In 2013, she joined the cast of the series Devious Maids and it was the role of Valentina Diaz that made her known to the general public. She was even nominated for the Imagen Awards in 2014 in the category of Best Television Actress for this role. She gradually left the series in 2015 because she had another commitment: she was cast in the film Tattooed Love where she has one of the main roles.

In 2017, she starred in the critically acclaimed film Created Equal , winning two awards for her role. She now has many film projects lined up for the coming years.

Edy is in a relationship with Ryan Oehm, a businessman, and they have two children together, a boy, Logan, born in February 2016, and a girl, Keira, born in February 2018.
