Williams abandoned the seized car after the episode and set it on fire.

Where could Kenneth Williams be now? After five days, Kenneth Williams was captured and charged with capital murder, attempted capital murder, two counts of appropriation, two counts of nuisance theft, two counts of product theft, and arson demonstration.

He was charged with life in prison without the possibility of being delivered by a jury. However, Williams escaped three weeks after the fact, on October 3, 1990, and it took nearly 12 hours for anyone to know he was missing.

He grabbed a truck and some guns during his getaway and then went to Missouri, where he led police on a quick chase. From that moment on, his truck collided with another vehicle and he was insured.

On April 27, 2017, he was executed by fatal infusion at the Cummins Unit of the Arkansas Department of Corrections jail. His last dinner consisted of two pieces of grilled chicken with sweet rice, a peanut butter sandwich, a slice of toast, barbecue pinto beans, and a cinnamon roll.
