Turner’s father, Frank, told CBS Sacramento that his son was drinking at a club on K Street when he died. In a proclamation issued Sunday, California Governor Gavin Newsom referred to the massacre as “the most horrendous display of cruelty with weapons” in the state.

Additionally, the remaining parts of four people shot outside a Sacramento club are still lying on the road 15 hours after the fact in 80-degree temperatures, according to the Daily Mail.

Essentially, Penny Turner, Turner’s mother, also spoke about how she had an impact in the early hours of Sunday morning enlightening her about her son’s unfavorable death.

DeVazia’s father, as reported by ABC10’s Madison Wade, lives in Vacaville but is reportedly from Sacramento. His life has been turned upside down by the mass shooting and the murder of his son.

Sergio Harris, DeVazia’s cousin, was among the other fatalities in the incident. Sergio’s mother, Pamela Harris, reportedly thought her 38-year-old son was one of the six people killed and was angry that she had no reaction from experts for a long time.
