Demarrus Pritchett was caught spraying Zayveon Johnson with oil into the chamber at Wendy’s in Huntingdon, a city about 115 miles from Nashville. Keith Johnson Jr, 21, was charged with threatening a customer with a gun at a Wendy’s drive-thru on the Louisiana State University campus on Oct. 3, according to Newsweek. The manager of a Tennessee Wendy’s was arrested Wednesday after he allegedly poured hot fryer oil on a customer asking for money back because his food was cold. Johnson, who was an employee at the location, allegedly threatened three people at the restaurant, according to a statement from the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office.
Two women and a man received help from two officers outside Wendy’s and were told that someone inside “the restaurant (the defendant) was threatening them with a gun,” a police statement read. Officers entered and found the defendant holding a small bag with an extended gun magazine sticking out. Officers arrested Johnson and found two guns and marijuana in the bag. He was taken to East Baton Rouge Parish Prison where he was charged with carrying a weapon in a firearm-free zone, aggravated assault, and simple possession of marijuana.
