Cold Justice is a true crime investigation series that previously aired on TNT and is currently available on Oxygen. As of July 2021, the group had assisted in the capture of 49 people and the conviction of another 21. The series follows former Harris County, Texas examiner Kelly Siegler and a group of criminal investigators as they reopen bizarre homicide cases with the involvement and help of local law enforcement.
Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department veteran Yolanda McClary, also featured on the show; McClary was the motivation for Catherine Willows, the person played by Marg Helgenberger on the television show CSI.
UPDATE: Daniel Kosek Colorado Cold Justice Case: What Happened To Him? Daniel Kosek is the spouse of Kittie Koseck, a 34-year-old mother of six, a survivor of the Colorado Cold Justice case, who died in 1993.
Kittie’s misfortune sent shock waves of agony through a family for a long time. Kittie, along with three of her five daughters, supposedly went through horrendous torment because of her better half, Daniel, and hardly anyone trusted her.
In 2019, Kelly Siegler of Oxygen’s “Cool Justice” ventured to Crowley County, Colorado to assist nearby authorities in their review of Kittie’s case, and what she found left her deeply dumbfounded.
Daniel Kosek Murder Case: Is He in Jail? Daniel Kosek has not been charged in the murder case and is not in prison. The case is currently being explored by the Crowley County District Attorney’s Office.
Although Daniel was never blamed for the death of his better half, Kittie’s friends and children did not acknowledge that she had committed suicide. Her little girls informed investigators that she was preparing to leave Daniel still on the air to work on herself.
Many of the reasons Daniel might have had for killing his better half could also have been reasons she would have wanted to end it all, according to Siegler. By all accounts, the marriage was terrible and Kittie was involved in extramarital entanglements.
Did Daniel’s wife commit suicide? Daniel’s wife, Kittie Kosek, apparently ended it all in 1993, but local law enforcement has found stories of misuse and evidence that doesn’t suggest self-destruction. Kittie apparently took steps to commit suicide a couple of days before her murder. She begged specialists to find out who killed her.
Be that as it may, after investigating Kittie’s girls, the case turned out to be more confusing. Crowley County Sheriff John “Smokey” Kurtz and Crowley County Investigator Tom Cody joined Siegler and “Cold Justice” examiner Abbey Abbondandolo.
One of her girls said that her father physically abused her and “beat me”. Daniel allegedly kept her in her bedroom while he killed her canine inside the house, according to another observer.
