A man was shot and killed on Sunday aboard a subway in lower Manhattan, prompting police to search for a suspect. According to police, a 48-year-old Daniel Enriquez was shot in the chest by the suspect as he boarded a northbound Q train at 11:45 a.m. to the Canal Street tram station.

As indicated by witnesses, the suspect was heading this way in a similar train vehicle when he picked up a weapon and fired it at close range without incitement,” said Kenneth Corey, head of the department.
The suspect is depicted with a dull composition, chubby and with facial hair, as indicated by the police. He was last seen wearing a hooded sweater of a drab variety, dark pants and white shoes.
