The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office last week documented new charges of murder against Pearce, 40, for the deaths of Christy Giles, 24, and Hilda Marcela Cabrales-Arzola, 26.

In addition, Brandt Osborn, a 42-year-old entertainer, was blamed for helping to murder the two ladies. Despite the fact that he is currently out on bail, a warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Michael Ansbach, a 47-year-old cameraman who was captured from the start, was not charged.

Christy Giles’s murder charge adds to the list of Pearce’s previous convictions. Shortly after Christy Giles died, Pearce was arrested on suspicion of murder, while Osborn and Ansbach were charged with being instrumental in the misconduct.

The fallout of the charges As the murder charges against Christy Giles were made, her family took to Instagram and said:

His legal counsel, Jacob Glucksman, said Pearce will not be liable if he goes to court on July 11. He also said that Pearce “eagerly and unequivocally denies having anything to say about the wretched deaths of these ladies.”

Pearce also asked the court to lower his bail, which was set at $3.4 million. While that was going on, Gluckman documented a move to lower the bail and asked his client to go free with a lower leg GPS wristband.

Gluckman went on to say that the bail should be ideal for the allegations he faces “as of now”, not for things that are “unadulterated hypothesis and media grain” at this point.

The legal counsel furthermore denied the assault claims, saying the wrongdoing was only explained at another time and the prosecutor’s office dropped the last of every 2020 on the grounds that there was not enough evidence.

The move says Pearce’s profession as an independent event organizer doesn’t give him enough money to pay bail. In addition, given his medical condition, he is making a big gamble of getting COVID while in prison.
