The Northern Ireland Police Service confirmed that officers arrested a 26-year-old man in the Lurgan area of County Armagh this afternoon. Chief Inspector Arnie O’Neill said: “We are becoming increasingly concerned about the whereabouts of 21-year-old Chloe.”We now know that Chloe was last seen between the late hours of June 2 and the early hours of June 3 in Ballymena town centre. CCTV saw her walking in the direction of James Street.
“Chloe was wearing a green and black North Face-style jacket, a white t-shirt, leggings and Nike sneakers.” The PSNI have urged anyone with information on Chloe’s whereabouts to contact the force.Community groups in Ballymena have been conducting searches for Ms Mitchell, including the Harryville Residents Association and the Ballykeel and District Community Association. Anyone with information is asked to contact the police on 101 quoting reference number 2262 06/05/23.
