He spoke to Bloomberg News and said that around 30 doctors and regenerative health experts take care of his daily routine. His goal is to keep all of his body parts as functional as when he was a teenager, and this has led to the launch of Project Blueprint.
According to the schedule, Johnson follows a diet that totals 1,977 calories per day, exercises one hour a day three times a week and sleeps without changing hours. He said the process may seem dangerous, but he has been careful and is taking all the necessary precautions.
