Outside, a single-car garage with a lift accommodates two vehicles, and a rare basement adds extra storage—unusual for waterfront properties.

Cranston sold the house in 2021 to investor Louis Gonda for $5.5 million—well above its asking price. “I wanted to prove that sustainable living can be done without sacrificing style or comfort,” Cranston once said, reflecting on the project.
