Ariana Biermann, the girlfriend of reality TV star Kim Zolciak-Biermann, was pulled over at 1 a.m. on Saturday, August 13 for allegedly driving while intoxicated. According to TMZ, the 20-year-old was booked into the Forsyth County Jail for “drunk driving, reckless/capricious lane changes, and belonging/purchasing liquor from minors.” The young star was reportedly released on $5,120 bail and a trial, but she disputes the cases and plans to fight them.
Kim Zolciak, Ariana’s mother, is notable for her appearance on The Real Housewives of Atlanta in 2008. Kim is married to Kroy Evan Biermann, a former American football player.

Her legal adviser, Justin Spizman, said: “Ariana was involved in a small accident. When the police arrived, the scouting officer instantly submitted a DUI application. Despite Ariana’s repeated statements that she was upset and anxious about the little accident, the officer wrongly determined that she was drunk.”
He continued: “That was false. She completely dismisses these cases and plans to protect them as she is not to blame for them.”
Supposedly, Ariana joined her lover, Hudson McLeroy, at the time of the event. Hudson was also charged with “driving while intoxicated, giving liquor to a teenager, and violating the conditions of his limited driver’s license.” He was supposedly in the front seat when stuntmen captured them. Hudson has also been released on bond, according to TMZ.
