Antara Nandy was born on December 11, 1999 in Kolkata, West Bengal. She is the oldest girl of Animesh and Jui Nandy. Apart from her, she has more youthful sister Ankita Nandy in the family.

Ankita is also a singer like her. Antara was generally supposed to be a playback artist. In this way she started vocal preparation under Padshree conferred on Indian traditional artist Rashid Khan in the period of just 5.

Antara completes her tutoring at Delhi Public School, Kolkata. She is currently seeking her graduation in mass correspondence from Symbiosis International University. She has provided her voice in many movies in Assamese and has also sung the title melody of some Bengali TV shows.

Antara Nandy was born and raised in Kolkata, West Bengal. She can sing in 5 different dialects including Hindi, Assamese, Bengali and English. She debuted in the entertainment world with the melody “Nixati Joto Ronge” in the Assamese movie “Khel – the Game”. Nandy sisters’ song ‘Humma’ circulated all over virtual entertainment in 2016.

In 2013, Antara sang hits like ‘Police Babu’ and ‘Najanu’ for Hengul Theater. In the span of just 9 years, she gave her exhibition at Netaji Indoor Stadium.

She has additionally lent her voice in a music collection “Ei Jibon Nohoi Xuna Bondhu”. This music collection was delivered in 2010, in which Alka Yagnik, Kavita Krishnamurthy, Pulak Banerjee, Debojit Saha, Luna Bharali Das, Debajit Choudhury sang together.
