Annie Moylan died on August 15, 2017 because the hospital did not do its job properly. The Australian woman had a fever, so she went to the emergency room at Holmesglen Hospital for help. He went to a new hospital because, like many people, he thought he would get the best care there. But due to a series of terrible mistakes and mishaps, he ended up dying.

Annie had chills, sweats and a high fever before going to the emergency room in Holmesglen. She had diarrhea, was vomiting and breathing faster.

Annie had gastroenteritis, which the doctor found when he checked her out, but didn’t give her any medicine. It was her first mistake in the way she was treated. Second, the Holmesglen doctor told her to give her morphine to make her pain go away. After that, she was transferred to St. Vincent’s Private Hospital.

The Age says that Holmesglen said Moylan’s blood sample was taken to the wrong pathology lab in Wantirna. The model showed that she had an acute blood infection called sepsis.

Since the ESKY test result did not appear until 24 hours after Moylan first went to the hospital, his life support was turned off. Had the antibiotics been given early, she and the baby would likely still be alive today. Moylan was about 4.5 months into her second pregnancy. Due to poor care at the hospital, she died and her son also died.

The Age says that the bad hospital cared more about keeping its profits than being honest about its mistakes. He made Moylan’s parents think of mountains of paper. At first, they did not know what had killed her daughter.

The hospital tried to make Moylan’s parents feel better by telling them that they had done everything they could to save her. Meanwhile, Annie’s parents believed them and even praised the doctors at her funeral.

Molyn’s parents decided to investigate her death again because they didn’t know what happened. After finding a number of bugs in the system, they had no choice but to expose the Melbourne hospital.

Moylan’s dad says, “It seems like regulation only happens at the time of registration and accreditation. There doesn’t seem to be much in between.” It’s a big risk to patient safety.” He also said: “There is a cover-up.” It has been difficult for us to obtain information.
