The accident occurred on Broad De Gaulle Drive shortly after 8 a.m., according to the New Orleans Police Division (NOPD). Police said that while the drivers were exchanging data, one driver drove away and fired two shots at the other driver. For your own safety, just get the label or some other data, the image of the vehicle… and that’s enough. You don’t have to particularly chase with someone equipped,” Ganthier said.

Numerous Louisiana State Police vehicles were seen around the convergence of Andrew Higgins Road and Magazine Road. Officers blocked the streets two stoplights away on Calliope Road, and police were seen surrounding a vehicle. The experts recovered two weapons at the scene.
