ISP verified that Andrew Wilhoite hit Elizabeth Wilhoite in the head with a rough item, knocking her out, during her exam. He then piled her into a vehicle and took her body to a nearby creek, where she dumped it. Early Saturday morning, police found Elizabeth Wilhoite’s body covered to some extent in nearly three feet of water.
