Ama Qamata Wiki – Biography
Ama Qamata born Amamkele Qamata is a South African actress. She is best known for her role as Buhle in the Mzansi Magic telenovela Gomora and as Puleng Khumalo in the Netflix series Blood & Water.
Other co-stars in the Netflix series Blood & Water include Khosi Ngema as Fikile Bhele, Thabang Molaba as Karabo Molapo ‘KB’, Dillon Windvogel as Wade Daniels, and Natasha Thahane as Wendy Dlamini.
She made her television debut in 2016 as the recurring role of Naledi in the SABC1 sitcom “My Perfect Family”. In 2018, she began playing the recurring role of Thandi in the e.tv soapie “Rhythm City”. She made an appearance on Muvango, an SABC2’s soap opera alongside Gugu Nkosi, Maumela Muhuwa, and Digaan Khumalo.
