Alissa Violet was born on 12 June 1996, in Brunswick, Ohio USA, and is a model, YouTuber, and Instagram personality, known from becoming popular on social media. She was one of the most prominent people on Vine before the app shut down, since when she has focused more on Instagram and YouTube, gaining millions of followers on both.

Alissa started to become well-known online when she began posting short six second videos on the social media app entitled “Vine”, quickly gained followers and so enjoying a lot of exposure until the app closed down in 2017, by which time she had already amassed 600,000 of them. According to Alissa, they were never more than an on and off couple anyway. Jake used this to his advantage by bringing other girls over and asking her to leave the house, all the while leading her to thinking that he loved her, as she was apparently head over heels in love with him.

Eventually, the problem took a turn for the worse as she decided to treat Jake the way he treated her by getting close to someone close to him, who according to Jake was his brother and another fellow YouTuber Logan Paul. Eventually, the feud was settled when Jake created a video admitting the mistakes he had made throughout their relationship.

Violet then become close to Clout Gang member RiceGum, who would invite her to join their group, where, she soon began a relationship with another Clout Gang member, and founder of the professional gaming group FaZe Clan, Ricky “FaZe” Banks.

During her time there, they encountered a problem when the couple visited Violet’s family in Ohio. They decided to party in Cleveland, and by the end of the night, they were confronted by five guys who decided to pick a fight with Banks. She tried to stop the fight, but became involved and when she started filming the incident, three other people (including two girls) started beating her up.
