Aimee Teegarden , born October 10, 1989 in Downey, California, is an American actress.
Childhood
She has an older brother, Sean, who is a photographer.
Career
From a young age, Aimee began acting and decided to make it her career. At the same time, she worked as a model, notably for Old Navy, Tommy Hilfiger, Alltel, and Hollister. In 2008, she became the face of the YMI Jeans brand.
Before landing the role of Julie Taylor in Friday Night Lights in 2006, she appeared in series like Cold Case , Hannah Montana … When the filming of the series allows her, she plays in other series like 90210 , CSI Miami or Legend of the Seeker .
After Friday Night Lights ended, she devoted herself to cinema ( Scream 4 , Prom , etc.) and played in a web series, Aim High .
In 2013, she returned to television in a new CW science fiction series, Star-Crossed, after several pilots for the same network failed.
The same year, Aimee participated in Demi Lovato’s Made in the USA music video alongside Dustin Milligan, former partner in 90210 .
In 2016, she played Ella Benjamin in the series Notorious , then appeared in the films A Change of Heart and The Circle: Rings in 2017. In the same years, she appeared in the series The Ranch.
In 2018, she appeared in the Christmas TV movie Once Upon a Christmas Miracle .
Anecdotes
Aimee is a vegetarian and very active in various associations and notably participated in a PETA (the American SPA) campaign at the end of 2007.
