Thus, in 2016, Diane was sentenced to life in prison with no possibility of further appeal, while Rachel received two life sentences plus an additional 20 years with the possibility of parole after 42½ years. Consequently, with no parole on the cards, Diane Staudte is currently sentenced on a single count of second-degree murder, first-degree murder, and first-degree assault and is being held at the Chillicothe Correctional Facility in Chillicothe, Missouri.
