Dmytro Kuleba is Ukraine’s priest for international affairs and also serves as a member of the National Defense and Security Council of Ukraine. He is one of the most respected and strong representatives in Ukraine and has held different important positions in his calling.
Dmytro was born on April 19, 1981 in Sumy, Ukraine, to his father Ivan Dmytrovych Kuleba and his mother, whose name has not been shared. His father replaces him as representative and is a former appointed pastor of international affairs.

Dmytro began his vocation as an ambassador in 2003 when he started working at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. He worked in the service until 2013 and then left the post due to his conflicts with the then president Viktor Yanukovych.
Kuleba then at that time became the administrator of the UART Foundation for social strategy and also participated in the Euromaidan fights in 2013.
