Angelo Sato, who runs his own Humble Chicken restaurant and cafe with a new drip module, has been one of four gourmet specialists to tackle the South West and London at Great British Menu 2022.It nursed its cooking and blending styles in Japan, but has a Japanese-based blended emphasis.
Angelo started cooking competently when he was just 15 years old and after two years he moved to London to decorate his skill. At this point, he’s worked for some big names, including Tokyo’s Narisawa, Gordon Ramsey, and RyeGin. He also served as chief culinary specialist on Restaurants Story and created himself as the genuinely conspicuous figure in the field of master cuisine and extravagant dishes.
Angelo moved to London when he was just 17 years old and previously had two magnificent years of participation in the cooking master class. Sato opened Humble Chicken in 2021 and portrays its food varieties and dishes as “European with a Japanese intonation”.
Humble Chicken, based at 54 Frith Street, serves up a delicious blend of Japanese style with a European twist and feel, and this same culinary creativity has led many top connoisseurs to acclaim Angelo for his skill.
Sato serves as the culinary expert supporter at his own restaurant and has also dealt with the business side of the cafe, which is currently making huge profits.
