How did Holly Strickland die? Holly Fox Strickland was a resident of Georgia and the mother of two young children. Additionally, a pen found at the crime scene was sent for DNA testing and, considering the results were uncertain, it had both male and female DNA. When John and Alex brought the data to the police, they agreed to resume the examination. In September 2021, investigators reported that they would devote more time and resources to investigating Holly’s homicide and asked anyone with information to reach out.
