Each of the four is charged with “savage demonstrations in support of organized crime. According to court documents, Rios and Cisneros allegedly approached Arroyos and her better half on Jan. 10, 2022, after the couple checked out a house they needed to buy.
Each of the litigants was available in the vehicle before the confrontation. Security video showed the two speculators allegedly holding on to Arroyos’s chains and a dark cane belonging to his girlfriend.
Furthermore, judicial reports state that Ríos and Cisneros exchanged shots with the official when they took the jewelry from him. The officer chased them down a side street as they fled. However, it imploded there.
