A 19-year-old has been arrested and jailed after police received a tip that he had posted sexual content with a dog online.
According to an arrest affidavit obtained by Inside Lake, the Lake County Sheriff’s Office received a Crimeline tip on June 24 that Isaiah Nimnauth allegedly performed a sexual act with a dog on Snapchat. After viewing the video, police found Nimnauth’s residence through state driver’s license records.
When police contacted Nimnauth at his home on July 1, he allegedly admitted that he put whipped cream on his penis before a dog licked it, according to the affidavit. ClickOrlando reports Nimnauth claimed he made the video for someone who had requested it.
In 2023, Nimnauth was given a Volunteer of the Year award by the Lake County Sheriff’s Office. A post honoring the volunteers reads, “This year, adding up all the hours they put in, they saved Lake County taxpayers $764,853! They work long hours and we can’t thank them enough for their dedication.” One of the programs was Therapy Dog Volunteers; it is not clear which program Nimnauth participated in.
Nimnauth was charged with animal cruelty: sexual contact with an animal and unlawful use of a two-way communication device. He was booked into jail and released on $5,000 bond, per Inside Lake.
