She is now an American actress, who is probably best recognized for starring in the role of Gwen Raiden in The WB’s fantasy drama series “Angel” (2002-2003), playing Andromeda in the film “Clash Of The Titans” (2010), and as Juliana Crain in the Amazon Video sci-fi drama thriller series “The Man In The High Castle” (2015-2018).

Early Life and Education

Alexa is the only child born to former actress Elyssa Davalos, and Jeff Dunas, who works as a photographer; she is the granddaughter of Richard Davalos, was also an actor. She spent her early life in France and Italy before the family settled down in New York, USA. Alexa left home at the age of 17 and started working as a model, developing a business relationship with photographer Peter Lindbergh. She went to a Hebrew school, and later attended the off-Broadway Flea Theater in New York, when she decided that acting was her vocation.

Speaking about Alexa’s career, it began in 2002, when she made her official debut appearance in the role of Bess Gunther in the short film “The Ghost Of F. Alexa then took a short break from acting, but returned in 2013 with the part of Jasmine Fontaine in the TNT neo-noir crime drama series “Mob City”, based on the life of the famed mob boss, Bugsy Siegel. Since 2015, she has been playing Juliana Crain, the lead role in the Primetime Emmy Award-winning sci-fi drama thriller series “The Man In The High Castle” on the Amazon Video network, adding a significant amount to her net worth.
