Pop singer Justin Timberlake was arrested in the Hamptons Monday night on drunk driving-related charges. Timberlake, 43, was arrested in Sag Harbor, according to police, who declined to provide details, Newsday reported.
A Sag Harbor Justice Court official told Newsday the charges were related to driving while intoxicated and that the singer will be arraigned later today.
Police said they will provide specifics later in the day. A spokesperson for the former Mouseketeer and NSYNC member did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
A source told PEOPLE that Timberlake was pulled over after leaving the American Hotel in Sag Harbor, where he had dinner.
“Nobody was hurt,” the source said.
Newsday said the singer is currently touring with “The Forget Tomorrow Wold Tour” and is scheduled to appear in Chicago on Friday and Saturday and at Madison Square Garden in New York next week.
