Tami Trivisonno Wiki – Tami Trivisonno Biography
Tami Trivisonno is the wife of Mike Trivisonno, was an American radio host, known for hosting his own eponymous evening talk show on Cleveland’s WTAM AM 1100 radio station. The callers and the Cleveland media just called him “Triv.” He was a frequent caller on the Sportsline radio show on WTAM AM 1100 (during this period, the station operated under the WWWE identification letters). The show was hosted by the scathing Pete Franklin and dealt with Cleveland sports. Franklin, who normally cut off most of the people he called, began to give “Mike from Mayfield” a bit of leeway due to well-informed comments, particularly regarding the Cleveland Browns. Franklin began derisively referring to Trivisonno as “Mr. Know It All,” a nickname that would lead to his own radio career.
Trivisonno finally began his own broadcasting career in 1987, working for a time at WNCX, commenting on sports (particularly boxing), and becoming a full-time personality between 1989 and 1992.
He began hosting Sportsline on WWWE in 1994. Initially, the show aired from 6 to 11 p.m. The show did well in ratings, even though it generally faced the Cleveland Indians games on WKNR. He did so well that the decision was made to put Trivisonno on the afternoon driving time (under the Sportsline banner until 1998; under his own name since) eventually leaving Sportsline to other hosts. Throughout the show’s history, The Mike Trivisonno Show was generally the first or second in ratings in its time slot on the market.
His show had originally been devoted primarily to sports, but over time it became a forum to discuss sports, politics, local issues, current events, or whatever else Trivison had in mind at the time. He discusses issues (and frequently argues) with the listeners who called the show and/or with his various producers and cronies who worked alongside him.

“It is very sad to say that Mike Trivisonno passed away today at the age of 74,” programming director Ray Davis said on the air. “Today is going to be a very difficult show.” Although his death was confirmed, the cause was not given. Following the announcement, many took to Twitter to remember the local legend, including retired NFL star Bernie Kosar, who played for the Cleveland Browns from 1985 to 1993.
“Luv U Triv,” Kosar wrote. “So I’m going to Miss U, the bro.” Anthony Lima, the radio host from Cleveland, added: “I used to set up the stereo in the driveway to play basketball with Triv on after school. They called me many times. He was the BEST kid in town. during the Browns move and held Cleveland politicians accountable more than anyone. More. I’m still pretty sure he pranked our station from time to time. ”
“Although ‘The Voice of Cleveland’ has been muted, its impact on Cleveland will be felt and heard for years to come,” WTAM later posted on its Facebook page.
