Lenue Moore, 31, also fought with cops as they pulled him out from under the bed and charged him with two counts of murder and animal cruelty. The hulking murder suspect accused of gunning two people and a dog down in cold blood on a Washington Heights street a month ago was found cowering under a bed when police arrested him, authorities said Saturday.

Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Marisol Martinez Alonso ordered Moore held without bail Friday for the execution-style shootings of Jacqueline Billini, 57, and Levaughn Harvin, 42, on Sept. 29.

The two victims were walking their dogs near the corner of W. 165th St. and Edgecombe Ave. when Moore stepped up and blasted them in the head, cops said. He then turned his gun on Billini’s dog Zeus and shot the beloved pet to death.

Harvin’s children stood watching as he pulled the trigger, according to one of Billini’s relatives.

Assistant District Attorney Joshua Steinglass asked Judge Alonso to remand the murder suspect, claiming that Moore had been avoiding police for weeks.

He was ultimately tracked to an apartment near the murder scene, police sources said.

Before the killing, Moore had a longstanding beef with Billini, his neighbor, cops and relatives said.

The two constantly argued over the barking of Bellini’s three dogs. Tensions between the two flared earlier this year when he kicked in Billini’s door and threatened her with a hammer, according to charges previously filed in Manhattan Supreme Court.

After Moore was arrested on burglary charges, Billini got an order of protection against him, forcing him to move out of the building, relatives said.

Steinglass said that Moore is facing a sentence of life without the possibility of parole, “a strong incentive to flee.”

His willingness to execute Billini after the earlier arrest and the order of protection “shows an utter disrespect” for court proceedings, Steinglass added.

After the killing, Moore jumped on an M101 bus at 165th St. and Amsterdam Ave. and changed his clothes to avoid immediate capture, cops said.

NYPD detectives were able to identify Moore through video surveillance recorded at the same time the MetroCard was used earlier in the month, according to court documents.

Cops also managed to track him to a friend’s home in Glendale Queens, where investigators found Moore’s clothes and a 9-mm. Glock pistol, which was identified as the murder weapon.

An email to the Legal Aid Society, which represents Moore, was not immediately returned.
