Doug Burgum is a previous programming organization Chief. He previously ran for lead representative in 2016 and won by 20. The 66-year-old was born in Arthur, North Dakota. He went to North Dakota State College (NDSU). He then, at that point, went to the Stanford Graduate Institute of Business.
