Following “serious and unsurvivable head and rib fractures,” Mr. Heaven was pronounced dead at the scene in Townhill, Swansea, soon after 1am, despite the arrival of police and paramedics.
Stock was tested at 5 am, five hours after the collision, and was found to have 117 mg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood, five times the legal limit of 80 mg. In addition, he was intoxicated while driving due to marijuana and a cocaine metabolite.
