Rabbi Leo Dee, the father, was following the mother and girls in a different vehicle. He saw the shooting of his family before his eyes. He later made an announcement to the Message saying that he was “some equity will run out.” He said: “Some people believe that a strict government will stifle minority privilege and become extremist.”
