On Thursday, April 6, 29-year-old Tennessee liberal Justin Pearson was expelled along with two other leftists for engaging in a gun control fight outside the delegate venue. The dissent occurred just after the Nashville mass shooting, which left three nine-year-old children and three adults dead.

Born in Memphis, Tennessee, Justin Pearson is known for opposing police cruelty, ecological abuse, bigotry, and sloppy gun regulations. Public Radio detailed that he took office at the age of 28, making him the second youngest administrator to be sworn into the Tennessee Delegate Seat.
In a meeting with ABC News, Justin Pearson assured that dissent was essential, since he and his partners in majority government had never before been allowed to defend gun regulations.
Joined by Gloria Johnson, Justin Pearson and Justin Jones entered the room with a megaphone, claiming that conservatives were not driving the core of the gun cruelty issue. Pearson said that he accepted that fighting was a right and that he never imagined that he and his associates could be expelled.

He argued that instead of striving to solve the problem of gun brutality, the “Tennessee Three” were trying to further their own political agenda. Members of the Tennessee Three, on the other hand, maintained that dissent was only a reason for Sexton and his allies to expel outspoken detractors.
Gloria Johnson, who is white, said she was certainly not expelled like Pearson and Jones as a result of her nationality. Pearson also maintained that the Tennessee Republican Party was supporting a “racial oppressor” plan.
