Serious thunderstorms could continue until 3 am Saturday, with strong breezes and scattered showers. A hurricane crisis has been declared in Moving Fork, Mississippi, after a brutal tornado on land caused devastating damage. Anguilla and Louise are also on alert.

The watch is active at this time for other regions of Mississippi, with strong storms that can bring damaging winds, hail and even cyclones. Tornado development could be huge, possibly reaching EF2 or higher, and can continue for quite some time.

It’s important to recognize a protected area and have a strong strategy for getting warnings even while you sleep, especially since the greatest chance for extreme storms is assumed to be from this point until 3am Saturday.

After that time, barometric conditions are expected to become less favorable for extreme thunderstorms, but some limited showers will continue until dawn. Also, as a result, there is a breeze warning until 3 a.m. Saturday, as winds can exceed 40 mph, even without storms.

Weather conditions are expected to develop on Saturday, with the fog clearing to reveal daylight and high temperatures in the mid to upper 80s. Either way, on Sunday, showers and thunderstorms are expected to return in the early afternoon and evening due to a slower edge, with highs reaching the upper 70s.

The estimate for the following week incorporates the procedure with the presence of the deceleration limit, causing showers on Monday. On Tuesday, the boundary is supposed to move, causing morning showers nearby before weather conditions clear up early in the evening. Cooler temperatures are normal for midweek.
