He recently wrapped up the upcoming horror film The Georgetown Project. And Russell Crowe took a well-deserved break as he relaxed with his girlfriend Britney Theriot at the Australian Open in Melbourne on Saturday.
The 58-year-old New Zealand actor looked relaxed in a black Ralph Lauren polo shirt and jeans as he watched Kazakhstan’s Elena Rybakina in action during the women’s singles final against Russia’s Aryna Sabalenka.
For her part, Britney, 39, looked summery dressed in a red floral one-shoulder dress. She styled her blonde locks in beachy waves and opted for a natural makeup look. To increase her height, she added golden heels and a red leather handbag.
She fastened her dress with a gold strap around her waist that emphasized her hourglass figure. It’s been a busy day for the Gladiator actor, who spoke at the Australian Academy of Film and Television Arts announcement in the Gold Coast on Saturday.
Arriving at the Burleigh Pavilion dressed in his signature all-black ensemble, the AACTA president hid his eyes behind a pair of dark aviator glasses.
Disregarding the Queensland heat, he donned a pair of black jeans and a black polo shirt while accessorizing himself with a designer silver watch. A pair of reading glasses was seen in his hand as he got out of the car to prepare for his speaking engagement.
It comes just days after Crowe proved his talent runs in his family when he took the stage at The Hoey Moey pub in Coffs Harbor with his son Charles. The actor was in his element as he belted out some tunes with various acts, including new Australian Idol judge Amy Shark.
He owned the stage at the Indoor Garden Party, joining his band The Gentlemen Barbers as they all wore matching black suits.
The event, which is the brainchild of Crowe, Alan Doyle, Scott Grimes and Kevin Durand, also featured the likes of Lorraine O’Reilly, Janet Devlin, Myth of Her and the Jennen String Quartet.
