The Sovereign Consort, 75, facilitated her most memorable audience at Buckingham Palace Thursday since stepping up into her new royal role. Camilla invited Joseph Coelho, the new Waterstones Youngsters’ Laureate, for the morning meeting.

In October, Buckingham Palace released another photograph of the Sovereign Consort to announce that the many extravagant bears left external royal homes following the death of Sovereign Elizabeth would be donated to youngsters’ hospitals.
