“The assassination of a majority rule system by the BJP is happening all over India. They are rocked by the ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’. MLA Carlos Alvares Ferreira addressed what the danger was for the BJP government, which eliminated eight MLAs. “We are totally stunned. We try to do whatever it takes to target everyone and hinder such a move. However, from the previous afternoon until today’s morning, what happened was on public roads, ”he said.

“We are amazed at the fact that we came together and gave our ‘declaration’ not only to individuals, but we as a whole (the promisers) took a vow before the Gods that we will not go. Congress,” Ferreira said.

Ferreira said they will resurrect the party and go for it.

Yuri Alemao said that it was an extremely sad episode. “It is terrible that people have elected us in the image of Congress. We had avoided potential risk, gone before God, and sworn legitimately. I don’t understand how these people opposed God,” Alemao said.

He said that the BJP had even attempted such moves in 2007 to topple the Congress government. “The BJP is an expert on this,” he said.

MLA Altone D’Costa said he is pleased that he has not betrayed his constituents.
