The Oscar-assigned artist walked the carpet at the unveiling of her new family-friendly ride-moving roller coaster, End of the Road, in Los Angeles on Tuesday, consulting with ET’s Kevin Frazier about her new film and its alleged “no spend”. joint.

Latifah joked that she made them start “every time”, but realized that it really happened considering that she occasionally gives the impression that her characters were killed off in their underlying movies.

“I was like, ‘I can’t do any side projects if I’m still this extraordinary in [dying].’ So I said, ‘Look, you really want to put a no-passing agreement into these arrangements so they can’t kill me like this.’ I will never have a sequel!” she said with a laugh.

Regarding side projects, Latifah also shared a report on the long-awaited follow-up issue to her hit Girls Trip parody, discovering, “As far as I know, it’s locked, stacked, and ready to go. It’s just that someone should set it in motion.”

She added that she is “not exactly sure” where the side project will be set, however, “it will be all over the world.”

Meanwhile, the artist’s latest commission, End of the Road, sees her featured as a mother of two on a journey through the desert alongside her relatives (played by Chris ‘Ludacris’ Bridges). Just as they witness a serious crime at a roadside hotel, the family becomes the target of a baffling killer and must fight for their lives.
